This standard provides the detailed definitions of all component entities within the PHY Sublayer, the service interfaces and primitives exchanged between entities within the PHY Sublayer, and the service interfaces and primitives exchanged between the PHY Sublayer and other layers in the cdma2000 family of standards. This standard also prescribes the normative procedures for the behavior of the PHY Sublayer entities.
