Available May 2000 -This Lighting Measurements Guide provides a uniform test procedure for determining, measuring, and reporting the illuminance and luminance characteristics of roadway lighting installations. The measurements of those factors necessary in determining the performance of roadway lighting installations, are specifically related to RP-8-83, the American National Standard Practice for Roadway Lighting (Reaffirmed 1993).
