CLSI HS02A:2003

CLSI HS02A provides recommendations for provider-performed microscopy (PPM) procedures in settings outside the traditional clinical laboratory, such as physicians' offices, out-patient clinics, public health clinics, health maintenance organizations, and medical training programs. These consensus recommendations focus on producing accurate diagnostic information from microscopy procedures as an adjunct to clinical laboratory testing.
