1.1This specification covers one component latex sealants used for sealing joints in building construction.

1.2A sealant meeting the requirements of this specification shall be classified by the manufacturer to be one of the types and grades defined in Section 4.

1.3The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as the standard. The inch-pound in parenthesis are provided for information purposes only.
