AS IEC 61160-2008

Adopts IEC 61160 Ed. 2.0 (2005) to provide non-prescriptive guidance on planning and conducting a design review during design and development, as a means of verifying that design input requirements are being met. Includes specific guidance on reliability, maintenance, maintenance support, availability and the life cycle of systems, products and equipment, and is suitable for use in conjunction with the AS/IEC 60300 series of dependability management Standards.
