The purpose this document is to provide systematic cargo measurement procedures for use primarily by cargo inspectors and to specify procedures directed at minimizing cargo contamination and losses, in the absence of, or in conjunction with, specific client guidelines. This document should be considered a summary of best practices usedwithin the industry.
