ANSI Z8.1-2016

ANSI Z8.1-2016 applies to the safety design and safe operation of equipment and some system(s) used in commercial and institutional laundries and drycleaning plants. It does not apply to coin-operated or ticket-operated laundries or drycleaning centers. For commercial drycleaning operations, this standard shall be used in conjunction with American National Standard for Drycleaning Plants, ANSI/NFPA 32.
