This standard establishes baseline requirements for the design, fabrication, test, inspection, operation, and maintenance of composite overwrapped pressure vessels (COPVs) used for pressurized, hazardous or non-hazardous, liquid or gas storage in space systems such as spacecraft and launch vehicles.
