AIA NAS3500

In March 2007, an AIA white paper entitled Technical Requirements Flow in the Aerospace Supply Chain: Achieving Product Integrity and Mission Assurance through Characteristic Accountability was published. This white paper was prepared by a team comprised of aerospace primes, suppliers, AIA staff, and the Government. Among the white paper's recommendations was that a National Aerospace Standard for the technical data package (TDP) be established. This standard is the result of that recommendation.
