These requirements cover the design, construction and performance of Flame Detectors rated at 300 V or less. Flame detectors meeting these requirements may be employed in accordance with appropriate parts of the following:

B CSA-C22.1, Canadian Electrical Code, Part I, Safety Standard for Electrical Installations1986.
