Introduction

The Gs interface connects the MSC/VLR and the SGSN in the GPRS-136 netw ork architecture (see TIA/EIA-136-330 [1]). This standard lists the layer-3 procedures and messages applicable to the Gs interface in a GPRS-136 network. It also describes the association between an MSC/VLR and an SGSN.
