This specification covers an acrylonitrile-butadiene (NBR) rubber in the form of molded rings, molded compression seals, molded O-ring cord, and molded-in-place gaskets for aeronautical and aerospace applications.

These products have been used typically at temperatures from -65 °F (-54 °C) to +180 °F (+82 °C) where resistance to fuel is required, but usage is not limited to such applications. Each application should be considered individually.
