IPC 2547:2002

This document describes event message content and an XML encoding scheme, that enables a detailed definition of messages in the domain of electronics inspection, test and repair/rework (i.e. product and process quality). These messages are to be encoded at a level appropriate to facilitate interoperability in the factory shop floor equipment and information system integration process. It should be used with the generic document, IPC-2541. 52 pages. Released January, 2002.
