This Recommended Practice (RP) provides guidance for identifying possible events and conditions that can cause abrupt environmental disruption to cleanroom operations. The contents of this RP can be used to guide and assist cleanroom management to proactively identify such disruptive events specific to the cleanroom. Detailed planning should lead to documented standard operating procedures (SOPs) and actions that can be rehearsed to effectively restore the cleanroom to environmental operating conditions within specification.
