This standard specifies the requirements based on 3APN for: a) Communication hardware capability for vehicle internet b) Communication network for vehicle internet c) Capability of vehicle internet management platform New IEEE Standard - Active. The requirements of the end-side communication equipment of the 3 APN-based Internet of Vehicles management system, the access requirements of the 3 APN-based network, and the functional requirements of the management platform are specified in this standard. This standard is applicable to the construction and testing of Internet of Vehicles management system based on 3 APN.
