This document specifies screw-locking thread inserts for the manufacturing of high-strength, wear-resistant, high-duty, vibration-proof and exchangeable bolted connections in metallic and non-metallic materials and for repairing stripped or damaged threads.
The thread inserts are applicable for bolts having ISO metric threads or MJ threads.
Thread inserts with surface treatment according to code letter A are suitable for use at temperatures up to 235 °C.
