This Standard describes the test procedures, apparatus, and calculations required to determine the performance, capacities, energy consumption, and overall efficiency of residential gas-fired integrated mechanical systems that perform all of the following functions: (a) space heating; (b) potable water heating; (c) ventilation with heat recovery; and (d) air circulation and distribution of fresh air. Note: For the purposes of this Standard, integrated mechanical systems are divided into three types (see Clause 6.1.2).
