Specifies the details of construction and minimum requirements for the manufacture of seven qualities of webbing in widths from 25 mm to 90 mm. Loomstate particulars are specified including width, weave, ends in width, picks per centimetre, mass per 100 mm and breaking load. Methods of test are included as appendices.
