The Digital Service Ordering Guide defines telecommunications requirements that are to be incorporated into the implementation of APIs for the use of ordering, authentication, policy and processing between providers and customers. The intention of the DSOG is to provide reference and requirements needed to transition the ATIS ordering processes to an API platform. The DSOG ensures that telecommunications requirements are clearly defined to avoid any misinterpretation of standards while allowing for the continued progression to new technologies for provider/customer communications.
