The goal of this publication is to provide an assessment of an integrated list of 39 issues that have been assembled from three prior reviews of various forerunners of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code ("BPVC"), Section III Rules for Construction of Nuclear Facility Components, Division 5 High Temperature Reactors, Code rules for metallic coolant boundary components and core supports.
