AS 3708.2-1989

Specifies rules to be used for uniform drawings of semiconductor devices. In addition there are examples of various types of device, bases and tables illustrating the association between case designs and appropriate base. It is intended that individual drawings of standard devices will be available to order. The Standard is technically identical with and has been reproduced from IEC 191-2 as supplemented by IEC 191-2A to 2P.
