Specifies test methods for determining the static, impact and fatigue strength of manual and electric wheelchairs. Requires a checklist of pre-test and post-test characteristics to be reported, and sets down three classes of conditions of the wheelchair following testing, ranging from the need for simple maintenance adjustment to unacceptable structural failure or malfunction.
