The objective of this Standard is to provide a correlation between AS 1735.5:2015 and AS 1735.5.1:2019 for escalators and moving walks built in accordance with AS 1735.5.1:2019.
This Standard is an adoption with national modifications, and has been reproduced from, CEN/TR 115- 3:2017, Safety of escalators and moving walks — Part 3: Correlation between EN 115-1:2008+A1:2010 and EN 115-1:2017.
The modifications are additional requirements and are set out in Appendix ZZ, which has been added at the end of the source text.
Appendix ZZ lists the variations to CEN/TR 115-3:2017 for the application of this Standard in Australia.
