API Publ 4615 PDF

This document supplements the information found in Publ 4589 and contains revised emission factors developed from 1993 API data using correlation equations established by EPA in 1994. The report contains emissions factors for five types of production operations---light crude production, heavy crude production, gas production, gas processing plants and offshore production. It also contains profiles of speciated emissions including air toxics, and assesses regional differences in fugitive emissions and control efficiency of Inspection and Maintenance programs. Component inventory data, screening data, and leak emission data are also included. See also Publ 4589.
