The nuts are intended for use in airframes and airborne mechanical systems in combination with high fatigue 180 KSI bolt applications where the maximum temperatures do not exceed 450°F.
This specification covers external wrenching tensile and shear nuts. The nuts shall be used in temperatures not greater than 450°F.
